
Kathryn is a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist and Rehabilitation graduate from Plymouth St Mark and John University. Her aim and passion is to support each client as an individual, with unique experiences and aims. During her time as a personal trainer, Kathryn worked with a variety of clients towards a range of goals from weight loss, muscle building, sport specific conditioning, functional fitness, injury prevention and general wellbeing. The experience has given Kathryn a broad range of skills to continue to improve service to each and every client she treats.
Kathryn began her journey into the world of Sport Rehabilitation by completing a level 3 personal training course at Exeter College, then into her degree at Plymouth Marjon University in 2018. While in her final year of studies Kathryn was nominated for ‘volunteer of the year’ at the university, the award is given to students that give up their time to the support others, is reliable, motivated, hard-working and makes a huge positive impact on the lives of others. During her degree, Kathryn completed over 300 hours of clinical placement, working with individual clients as well as Semi professional sporting teams, including Plymouth Raiders and Woman’s Argyle Football Team.
Kathryn herself had enjoyed participating in a range of the sports from a young ages, including gymnastics, trampolining and swimming. She played lacrosse while at University and is an enthusiastic gym goer.
