This service includes an overview of rehabilitation to date, current impairments and difficulties and specific goals and recommendations for treatment (along with predicted costs for this input). - Comprehensive Report - clinical assessment report with therapy recommendations (and associated costs) for 6 or 12 months
This is particularly suited to complex cases (perhaps in an unsettled legal case) where there are many factors and team members involved (e.g. complex Acquired Brain Injury or Spinal Cord Injury cases). This service includes a summary of rehabilitation to date, current impairments and difficulties, clinical analysis and specific goals and recommendations for treatment (along with the predicted costs for this input).
