Able, has received superb physiotherapy support from the Plymouth Neurophysio team for the past 4 years. Able has spastic quadriplegia, bony deformity in his legs, learning disability and epilepsy resulting from a severe infection of meningitis and septicaemia at the age of 21 months. 

Able is 25 now. Maintaining his physical health and optimum mobility have been a vital part of his daily life. Lizzie, his Plymouth Neuro physiotherapist, devised a comprehensive personal hydrotherapy and gym programme, plus daily physiotherapy plan. She created clear instruction sheets with photos and then trained Able's support workers to implement these programmes to a high standard. Lizzie regularly refreshes the sessions to ensure Able's physical routine is targeted and most effective for him.

Able always really enjoys his sessions with Lizzie, she's warm, professional, good humoured and responsive. Plymouth Neurophysio go above and beyond with the quality of their support. The team recently, very kindly, even helped us raise funds for some mobility equipment that has transformed Able's life! I absolutely recommend this physio team for their highly skilled and genuinely caring approach.
