OT input can include Home visit assessments and advice with mobility equipment, home adapations and therapy sessions at home.
Cognitve Assessments and therapy input for cognitive rehabilitation also provided.

Welcome to our new team members.
My name is Nigel and I suffered a stroke in 2017. I first contacted Plymouth Neuro-physio, six months after my stroke and was referred to my neuro-physiotherapist very quickly and have been working with her ever since (4 years plus).
I am very happy with the support and treatment offered by my physiotherapist, which has addressed my disabilities and mobility issues in a comprehensive (holistic) manner.
Nearly five years on from my stroke, I am fit, strong and confident thanks to the direct support of my physiotherapist and the additional services provided by Plymouth Neurophysio and able to enjoy my life and the outdoors and participate in my wider community.
